How to Submit an Actionable Bug or Codec Report
Because MixConvert executes entirely inside your browser via WebAssembly, our servers have zero visibility into your files or local processing errors. To help us diagnose and fix issues effectively, please include the following technical details when contacting us:
- 1. Source & Target Formats:
State the exact file extension pair (e.g., HEIC to JPG, MP4 to MP3, or PDF to DOCX).
- 2. Approximate File Size:
Specify file size (e.g., 5 MB vs. 800 MB) to help identify browser memory allocation limits.
- 3. Browser & Operating System:
List your browser version and OS (e.g., Chrome 132 on Windows 11, Safari 18 on macOS Sequoia).
- 4. Console Diagnostics:
If possible, open DevTools (F12 → Console) and paste any relevant WebAssembly or worker error lines.
