MixConvert provides free, client-side digital format conversion utilities utilizing WebAssembly and modern browser APIs. All file processing occurs strictly on your device's local hardware and RAM. You acknowledge that MixConvert does not host, upload, or transmit your files across external networks.
3. Permitted Personal & Commercial Usage
You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use MixConvert for both personal and commercial file conversion activities. You retain 100% of all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in your input and output files.
4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use MixConvert for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to decompile or compromise the platform's integrity beyond standard open-source licensing allowances. Because conversion executes locally, you are solely responsible for ensuring you possess the necessary rights and licenses for the media you process.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
MixConvert is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our WebAssembly codecs strive for maximum mathematical fidelity, we make no guarantees that all corrupt, proprietary, or malformed input files will convert without error.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MixConvert, its developers, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
